Cloud

A cloud service is any resource that is provided over the Internet. The most common cloud service resources are Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). IMatriz Group provide the Industry best cost effective cloud solution that can fit to any Industry Application and requirements.

SaaS is a software distribution model in which applications are hosted by a iMatriz or service provider and made available to customers over a network, typically the Internet.

PaaS refers to the delivery of operating systems and associated services over the Internet without downloads or installation.

IaaS involves outsourcing the equipment used to support operations, including storage, hardware, servers and networking components, all of which are made accessible over a network.

SaaS, PaaS and IaaS are sometimes referred to collectively as the SPI model (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS). SPI is an acronym for the most common cloud computing service models, Software as a Service, Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service.

Cloud services are the same thing as Web services. However, the term cloud services has been more commonly used as cloud computing has become more pervasive.

On Premises

On-premises software is installed and runs on computers on the premises of the person or organization using the software, rather than at a remote facility such as a server farm or cloud.

On-premises software is a type of software delivery model that is installed and operated from a customer’s in-house server and computing infrastructure. It utilizes an organization’s native computing resources and requires only a licensed or purchased copy of software from an independent software vendor.

On-premises software is more expensive than on-demand or cloud software because it requires in-house server hardware, capital investment in software licenses, in-house IT support staff and longer integration periods.
